I know that you, her family, will especially miss your mom in ways that no one else can quite understand.  It seems far too early for such a vivacious, active and important person to be gone.  Know that I, and all her Highland Classmates/friends share in your loss (I speak especially for those fifteen or so classmates who have no email).  I/we appreciate having known Joene, and having our lives touched by hers.  She was a very special person:  we will miss her, too, and will remember her always.
